1. General
Shiatsu Shane provides professional massage and wellbeing services in the United Kingdom. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Nature of Services
Massage therapy is provided for relaxation and wellbeing purposes only. Services are not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis. Clients should consult a medical professional where appropriate.
3. Client Responsibility
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or other health concerns prior to treatment. Shiatsu Shane reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsafe.
4. Bookings and Payments
Appointments are booked through our secure online scheduling system. Payment may be taken at the time of booking or at the appointment, depending on the selected service.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged at the full session rate. Discretion may be applied in exceptional circumstances.
6. Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. The full session fee may still apply.
7. Liability
Shiatsu Shane will provide services with reasonable care and skill. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
